    1. Preparation

    Select appropriate massage head for target area. Charge device fully. Can be used on bare skin or over light clothing. Best used after warm-up or post-workout.

     2. Head Selection Guide

    • Round head: General use, large muscle groups (thighs, calves)
    • Flat head: Broad relaxation, back, chest
